By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

Services

Clutch City Junk Removal & Demolition provides junk removal, demolition, cleanouts, and related services for residential and commercial clients.

Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of estimate

  • Pricing may change if additional items or scope are added at the time of service

  • Final pricing is confirmed on-site before completion when applicable

Deposits & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure scheduling

  • Remaining balance is due upon completion of services

  • Payments are processed via invoice, card, or approved method

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows

Access & Site Conditions

  • Client must ensure safe and reasonable access to items

  • Additional charges may apply for restricted access, excessive weight, or unsafe conditions

Liability

  • We are not responsible for damage to items designated for removal

  • While care is taken, minor incidental damage may occur during removal

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or structural issues

Prohibited Items

Unless agreed upon in advance, we do not accept:

  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, fuel, paint, asbestos, biohazard waste, etc.)

  • Any materials restricted by local or state regulations

Scheduling & Delays

We strive to meet scheduled time windows but are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Agreement

By approving a quote or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
